1  Scopep. 8

The present document investigates the opportunities for defining new Energy Efficiency (EE) KPIs and new Energy Saving (ES) solutions. It identifies and documents key issues related to energy efficiency and energy saving, documents and evaluates potential solutions, and provides recommendations for the normative work.
