Maximum-Detection-Time is defined in TS 29.336.
Maximum-Detection-Time contains the maximum number of time without any communication with the UE after which the SCEF is to be informed that the UE is considered to be unreachable.

Reachability-Type is defined in TS 29.336.
Reachability-Type indicates for which kind of reachability of the subscriber needs to be reported i.e. reachable for SMS or data.

Maximum Latency is defined in TS 29.336.
Maximum Latency contains the maximum acceptable delay time for downlink data transfer.

Charged-Party is defined in TS 32.299.
Charged-Party holds the address (Public User ID: SIP URI, Tel URI, etc.) of the party to be charged.

Validity-Time provides the expiration time at which the CP sets shall be deleteted.

AESE-Subscription-Data contains details on subscription information of the allowed services such as:
  • allowed service (e.g. monitoring, CP set);

SCEF-Realm is defined in TS 29.272.
SCEF-Realm is used to identify the realm of the SCEF.

3.14.20  External Identifier for Monitoring Event Configuration |R14|p. 115

The External Identifier for Monitoring Event Configuration contains an External Identifier as defined in TS 23.003 and identifies the External Identifier in the subscription that is associated to each Monitoring Event Configuration (MONTE) data instance.
The External Identifier for each Monitoring Event Configuration is permanent subscriber data and is stored in the HSS and conditionally in the SCEF, MME and SGSN.
