The scope of this Technical Report is to study and evaluate the possible architecture enhancements to the Proximity-based Services (ProSe) system. This TR documents the analysis and general principles agreed regarding these objectives, and collects the solution details developed based on these agreements, in order to progress them to the relevant specifications.
