This TS specifies the Radio Resource Control protocol for the UE/E-UTRAN radio interface. The scope of this TS also includes the radio related information transported in a transparent container between:
  • source eNB and target eNB upon inter eNB handover;
  • a source or target eNB and another system upon inter RAT handover.
