Rapporteur:  Mr. Wiehe, Ulrich

It is necessary to transfer specific information between PLMN entities in order to deal with the behaviour of roaming Mobile Stations. The Signalling System No. 7 (SS7) specified by CCITT is used to transfer this information. This specification describes the requirements for the signalling system and the procedures needed at the application level in order to fulfil these signalling needs.
