This Technical Report contains the results of the Stage 2 study and evaluation of possible 3GPP technical system solutions for the Mission Critical Push To Talk over LTE (MCPTT) application. This TR will identify the architecture needed to support MCPTT services based on the Stage 1 requirements, including TS 22.179. This Technical Report depends on functionality specified in 3GPP specifications.
