The present document is the Technical Report on Public safety broadband high power User Equipment (UE) for Band 14 for Region 2. The purpose of this TR is to study the radio requirements for Public safety broadband high power User Equipment (UE) as part of the Rel-11 work item for a new Power Class for Band 14 for Region 2. The normative requirements resulting from this TR will be addressed in the applicable release 11 Technical Specifications (TS).
