The present document is a technical report for power class 3 NR inter-band CA and DC for 2 bands DL with up to 2 bands UL under Rel-17 time frame. The purpose is to gather the relevant background information and studies in order to address NR inter-band CA and DC for 2 bands DL with up to 2 bands UL for the Rel-17 band combinations. This TR contains a general part and band specific combination part. The actual requirements are added to the corresponding technical specifications.
