The present document is a technical report of the "UMTS/LTE in 800 MHz for Europe" work item which was approved at TSG RAN #43 [2]. The purpose of this work item is to provide specification support for LTE and UMTS with paired channel arrangement in the band 790-862 MHz. The report provides motivation for requirements and a list of recommended changes to the specifications.
