Rapporteur:  GOERMER, Gerald
Descendant(s):  TS 32.015

The GSM PLMN supports a wide range of voice and non-voice services in the same network. In order to enable operators the ability to provide a commercially viable service there is a need to provide charging functions.

This TS describes the functionality of charging in GPRS needed to support the first phase of GPRS, as defined in TS 02.60 and TS 03.60 (packet based services).
